Muffins
- - Preheat oven to 180c. line the muffin paper cups in the tray.
- - In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients and mix them in a bowl.
- - In a bigger bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together. Start adding dry ingredients gradually and mix only until all combined.
- - Add chocolate chips, and fold them in.
- - Scoop batter into muffing cups and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top for extra chocolate flavor.
- - Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
