Chocolate Muffins

Equipment

  • 1 muffin pan fits 12 muffins
  • 12 muffin paper cups

Ingredients
  

Muffin
  • 170 g yogurt room temperature
  • 125 g oil room temperature
  • 125 g milk room temperature
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 240 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups milk and dark chocolate chips

Method
 

Muffins
  1. - Preheat oven to 180c. line the muffin paper cups in the tray.
  2. - In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients and mix them in a bowl.
  3. - In a bigger bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together. Start adding dry ingredients gradually and mix only until all combined.
  4. - Add chocolate chips, and fold them in.
  5. - Scoop batter into muffing cups and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top for extra chocolate flavor.
  6. - Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
